The position reports to the Executive Director, manages home rehab grant & loan programs, and provides clerical support. Requires secondary education in business, community development, customer service, housing, urban planning, or 1 – 3 years of related work experience. Must have excellent customer service & communication skills, ability to deal effectively and courteously with the public, strong attention-to-detail, organizational skills and program record-keeping ability, and multi-tasking skills and able to work independently, working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and database software. City of Hutchinson is seeking applicants to fill 2 PT Seasonal Compost Scale Operator/Site Monitor positions at Creekside Soils. Two part time positions will job share the following schedule: Mon-Fri 9:30am-6:00pm, Sat 9:00am-4:00pm through early November. Duties include receiving product, operating scale software, directing customers, public, haulers to appropriate location on site, answering and directing telephone calls, data entry, general cleaning of office and restroom area. Requires high school diploma, customer service, mathematical aptitude, ability to work with limited supervision. Pay rate: $16.20/hour.
