The Human Resources department manages the various employment related programs and functions of the City of Hutchinson including:

• recruitment and hiring process
• administration and maintenance of personnel related policies
• employee benefits and workers compensation
• labor relations
• performance management
• training and development
• position classification
• compensation and payroll processing
