The City of Hutchinson is creating a Stormwater Resiliency Plan that will:

• Identify locations and causes of localized flooding in the south half of the city.
• Assess risk and community vulnerability due to localized flooding.
• Develop potential projects to reduce flooding and mitigate or reduce the effects of climate change.
