Shady Ridge Lift Station Rehabilitation Work

NOTICE

Shady Ridge Lift Station Rehabilitation Work

Beginning on the morning of Monday, December 2nd, contractors will be working to rehabilitate the sanitary sewer lift station at Shady Ridge with new pumps, piping, valves and electronic controls.  This effort is necessary to guarantee the reliability of these systems for the service of our residents.  A temporary bypass pumping system will be implemented in order to facilitate the construction for a period of approximately two days.  A pump discharge hose will run across the south end of the east leg of the Shady Ridge loop, as well as along the property lines from Shady Ridge up to the manhole in Colorado Court.  There will also be a partial east lane closure at the manhole just south of the loop to set a second temporary pump.  Bypass pumping will continue overnight from Monday, the 2nd to Tuesday, the 3rd.  If all goes as planned, work should be concluded by late Tuesday afternoon.

**Residents in the Shady Ridge Loop, as well as south to 7th Street NW and in the Campbell Lane NW area are asked to please help minimize the use of water and sewer services during this timeframe.
