If your Minnesota motor vehicle title has been lost, stolen, or never received; the current owner on record should come in to our office and complete and sign a duplicate title application. If the application is presented to us in our office by the current owner of record, we can print a duplicate title in our office while you wait.
We can also help if you are looking to replace a title on a vehicle that is registered through the MN Department of Natural Resources. However, those titles are NOT printed in our office and must be mailed out by the DNR.
