The City of Hutchinson is creating a Stormwater Resiliency Plan that will:
- Identify locations and causes of localized flooding in the south half of the city.
- Assess risk and community vulnerability due to localized flooding.
- Develop potential projects to reduce flooding and mitigate or reduce the effects of climate change.
